Refund Policy

  • For wheelchair and ambulatory transportation services, customer must cancel 48 hours prior to service date for full refund.
  • For stretcher transportation services, customer must cancel 72 hours prior to service date to claim 50% refund.
  • For long distance transportation (wheelchair and stretcher), customer must cancel 5 days before the service date to claim 50% refund.
  • Refund request must be sent to our email address info@vatransportationhealthcare.com or call/text 571-450-1300
  • VA Transportation Healthcare LLC will not refund any fees if customer is a “no show” (customer not available to receive the services) or we find out that wrong information was provided us about the pickup or drop off location, patient’s weight or anything else which will not meet trip requirements.
